Richora Savor is a restaurant, fast food and lounge in Usen. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we use it.

When you order: your name, phone number, email address, delivery address and any notes you add.

When you create an account: your sign-in email and password (stored securely by our authentication provider; we never see your password), saved addresses, favourites and reward points.

When you send an enquiry: your name, contact details and message.

Payments are handled by Paystack. We receive confirmation of your payment, never your full card details.

To prepare, deliver and update you about your orders; to reply to enquiries; to run the rewards programme; and to keep the website secure, for example by limiting repeated sign-in attempts.

We don't sell your information or use it for third-party advertising.

Only the services that help us run the website and your orders: our hosting and database providers, Paystack for payments, and our riders, who see the delivery details for the orders assigned to them.

We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting and to handle questions about an order. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

You can view and update your details in your account, ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Contact us using the details on our contact page.
